Each option includes exactly what is pictured. Scroll down for an itemised list for each option.
Prints are either:
- 'test prints' (I recently changed my unbranded printer ink to genuine Canon ink and had to play around with colour settings for each print so test prints galore!)
- perfectly good prints I have retired after transitioning to my new ink
- prints with minor defects.
My stickers have been through a similar inky transition with the added bonus of me also changing the sticker stock, so there are various test stickers with different base stock and laminates, plus old retired stock, and stickers with minor defects.
Defects include:
- small specks of white on a print or sticker
- slight chipping around the edge of a sticker
- slight line of dried glue down part of a sticker
- scuffs to a sticker's surface
'Test prints' will have different colours to the versions of the print that I sell otherwise.
These products will generally be of lesser quality than my full price items, but I do not make anything available that I consider markedly sub-par.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shopify may overcharge shipping on multiple items. I will always refund any extra you pay. To avoid this, email info@rachillu.com to set up a custom order in advance.
Orders outwith the UK can choose to add tracking to their package by selecting the tracked shipping upgrade option. If you're UK based you can expedite your delivery by selecting the First Class, Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 upgrades at checkout.
Refer to the below information for reasonable shipping timeframes:
Please account for the processing time on top of the shipping time - my standard processing time is 1-3 business days but certain custom listings can take longer.
UK: You can expect your item within 4 business days after receiving my dispatch email (unless upgrading to an expedited service).
Overseas: Royal Mail attempts to deliver to most countries within 9-12 business days, but I cannot account for the time a package may spend at customs, or be otherwise delayed by the mail carrier. Please message me via my website's Contact Form if it has not arrived within 6 weeks of the dispatch date and I will be glad to assist.
