When the contract is formed

This shop displays goods for sale and information about them. By placing an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods. I am not obliged to accept any order.

A contract between us is formed only when I dispatch the goods. Until then, I may refuse or cancel an order and refund any payment received.

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, consumers retain any statutory cancellation, withdrawal or return rights that apply under consumer protection law. Please see the Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations section below for details.



Eligibility to Order


By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to do so.


Shipping

Dispatch is normally within 1–3 working days of order. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product listing, and I do my best to meet these. If I am unable to dispatch within the stated timeframe, I will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund if the revised dispatch date is not suitable.

I will notify you when your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• UK: 1–3 working days
• EU: 3–5 working days
• Rest of World: 5–7 working days

These are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, industrial action, customs processing, or other factors outside my control.

Although most orders arrive much sooner, the maximum agreed delivery time is:
• 3 weeks from the order date for UK addresses
• 8 weeks from the order date for addresses outside the UK

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address when placing an order. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact me as soon as possible and before dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to Royal Mail, address changes are not possible.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that goods may be legally imported into their country and for payment of any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, clearance fees or import fees.



Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in their country. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

EU customers please note that I am not IOSS registered. VAT is not charged at checkout and may instead be collected by your country’s customs authority upon import.

USA customers: orders are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means any applicable import tariffs are calculated and included at checkout, and are remitted via Royal Mail. No additional duties should be payable on delivery.


Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

All consumer sales on rachillu.com are subject to UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Cancellation rights
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

You must notify me of your decision to cancel before the cancellation period expires. This can be done by email, post, or via the website contact form. A cancellation form is available but not required.

Refunds
If you cancel before your order has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option offered at checkout.

If the order has already been dispatched, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

If returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, a deduction may be made to reflect any reduction in value.

Returns
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it after notifying cancellation. Goods should be sent back within 14 days of cancellation.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described. Returns remain your responsibility until received, so a tracked service is recommended.

If you wish, you may refuse delivery so the parcel is returned to sender.

Exclusions
The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Digital downloads or emailed files
  • Seconds or reduced-price items where any defects are clearly described at the time of sale. These items are excluded from the right to cancel for change of mind, but your statutory rights remain unaffected if the item is not as described.

International Returns
For returns from outside the UK, please mark the parcel “RETURNED GOODS” and include a completed CN22 or CN23 form where required.

Import duties and taxes paid in your country are not refundable by me. You will need to apply to your local customs authority for any applicable reimbursement.

Please retain proof of postage and customs documentation to support any such claim.



Cancellation Form

UK law requires that I provide a model cancellation form for consumers. You are not required to use it, but you may do so if you wish.
