Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or faulty items. Please inspect goods upon receipt. For damaged or faulty items, the seller will cover reasonable return postage, provided the buyer notifies the seller within 7 days of delivery and returns the items as instructed within 14 working days.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Please contact me ASAP if cancelling an order.
Payment
Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch, via pro forma invoice (bank transfer) or custom Shopify invoice.
Shipping & Lead Time
All items are printed to order. Typical turnaround is 5-7 working days. Orders will be carefully packaged and dispatched via a tracked courier. Please contact me immediately if goods arrive damaged in transit. I cannot accept responsibility for damage or delays caused by third-party shipping forwarders.
Price Changes & VAT
All prices are correct at the time of issue but may be subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT as I am not VAT registered.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes. I am legally required to declare the full value of parcels. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or other extenuating factors. Refused packages are returned at the buyer’s risk; items must be returned to me before a replacement or refund can be issued.
Force Majeure
The seller is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.
Governing Law & International Sales
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. For any disputes, Scottish law will apply. While orders may be placed internationally, the seller is not responsible for compliance with local laws, import regulations, or duties in the buyer’s country.
